Oceania Championships – Canadian captain Peter Huyghebaert

All five of us in the Canadian team are very excited to be heading downunder in November to fish in the upcoming Oceania championships. Three of the team are at the our National competition in Quebec this week and my wife and I are off to a family gathering in Ottawa for the next week or so. Meanwhile, I thought I’d share a few pics of some of our local fishing.

We have cruised your south coast twice, but I am yet to wet a line in Australia.

Really looking forward to the competition and meeting up with some of the anglers I met in Devon last year at the Commonwealth Championships.
