By 9am, inflows to Lake Eildon had dropped from a peak of 145,000 ML/d, to 72,000 ML/d.
But with releases from Eildon into the Goulburn at 34,000 ML/d, and the lake only 12cm from capacity, the Goulburn flow is likely to increase.
